Plenty of gear, but no computer – this space is dedicated
to analog experiments and compositions.
Every session starts with a journey through the patch gardens.
Once a sound creates a spark, the beat sets in, and melodies evolve through lots of trial and error – all of which are directly recorded into a rudimentary loop station. That’s were a song resides in a sort of embryonic stage until it is chosen to see the light of day.
Some studio days end and all that’s left are some deleted loops.
Other days reap raw material to fill weeks of screen time, which I currently spend almost exclusively with El Mundo, my partner in crime.

In the end it’s all about patiently chasing after that magical flow momentum, when meandering arpeggios, big beats, and bass lines seem to materialize out of thin air.
